Platform Computing reserves the right to remove web sites or content which, or the transmission or display of which is threatening or obscene, is defamatory, infringes any person's copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights, constitutes racial vilification or contains pornographic material; is illegal or constitutes a broadcast. Platform Computing may, at its absolute discretion and to the extent it is able, remove or refuse to display on the Internet any material that it deems offensive. |

The customer acknowledges that the Internet is unsecured and that Platform Computing does not guarantee privacy or security for any communications or transactions on the Internet. Platform Computing will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction conducted by the customer over the Internet. Platform Computing will not access or disclose material, electronic mail messages or other data unless requested to do so by the customer or ordered to do so by a court of law. Unacceptable email activities such as those listed below will result in suspension or termination of the customer's account.
Email may be scanned for Spam, viruses and similar unwanted content / attachments. Email attachments that are greater than 15Mb in size will be rejected by the mail server. Rather than use email attachments, Platform Computing recommends using FTP, which is a protocol specifically designed for copying files. Email messages that are left on Platform Computing mail servers for more than six months may be deleted without notice. |

The Customer must not use Platform Computing's services to conduct or promote any business or solicit the performance of any activity that is illegal. The Customer will not use any software in connection with the posting or transmission of information which it knows contains, or has reason to suspect may contain, any electronic virus of other component harmful to computers. The Customer will not post, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit any software, or other material in violation of any person or company's licence agreements. The customer will not attempt to run software designed to cause, or having the effect of causing, Platform Computing's facilities to stop working correctly; or do anything that would cause harm to other users of the service. The customer will use best endeavours to protect logins and passwords and must notify Platform Computing immediately if they suspect any breach of security, such as loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure or use of the Customer's login or password. Platform Computing will not be responsible for any unauthorised use
